Steven Mulkey was born and raised in the Northwest. During his Jr. High and High School years he was actively involved with music both and drama. In college he went to Western Washington University for Music Education. Then, sensing a call into ministry he transferred to Eastern Washington University to do an internship and complete his degree in music. As a vocalist and guitar player Steven went on to lead the music ministry for multiple churches.
Seven years ago he moved to Olympia to plant a church through Mars Hill Church. Then after four years he transitioned out of Mars Hill and came on staff with The Church of Living Water. he has been married to his wife Jessica for the past 12 years and has three boys, PJ (8), CJ (6), AJ (16 months). He currently serves as the Anthem director and Pastor of Next Generation Ministries at the Church of Living Water.
